An application is accepted subject to the following conditions. No Monies are returnable for early departure.

1. Bookings are accepted from 16.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure. Management reserve the right to delay the check-in times in order for all maintenance and housekeeping duties to be completed.

2. We reserve the right to re-let if not claimed by 22.00 on the day of stated arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. All security deposits must be paid 2 weeks before your stay at tregustick, This can be paid by debit card or by cheque only. If you pay by cheque please make this a seperate cheque.
On the day of departure please return your keys to reception before 10 am. Your van will be checked later that day all deposit will be returned either by cheque or credited back to your card. As soon as possible after departer 6 berth £200.00, 7 berth £250.00, 8 berth £300.00.

4. GUESTS MUST LEAVE THE UNIT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE TO THE UNIT OR ITS CONTENTS either by themselves or by there guests..

5. Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to starting date of holiday.

6. A booking fee of £10.00 per booking, is charged for reservations. Booking fees are non-refundable and are additional to the total charge

7. Numbers must not exceed the berth stated in accommodation. If number exceeds berth of van, All occupants will be removed from the site.

8. All cancellations must be made in writing, to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If cancellations are made later than 6 week the full balance will still have to be paid.

9. Deposits are not refundable.

10. The Security deposit paid is a behaviour and security deposit, this covers your behaviour on site at all times.
There is also a fine system on site, if your behaviour on site is deemed by staff to be irresponsible or dangerous a fine will be given failure to pay fine will end in eviction from site. Any damage to the property of Tregustick Holiday park accidental or deliberate caused by the occupants or guests will have to be paid for within 12 hours of report of damage. Your security deposit can not be used to pay for this damage. (broken windows.)

11. Wrist bands must be worn at all times. This is to prevent trespassers getting on to site and causing trouble. If you are seen more then once without a wrist band you will be fined £10.00, repeat offenders will be told to leave site.

12. Music must be turned down after 11pm. At 12 midnight noise must be contained to your van. If you want to party please go into Newquay, but remember to be quiet when you arrive back.

13. FIGHTING, ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TO STAFF, THEFT ECT. of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in eviction of anyone involved and those supporting it We have a zero tolerance policy to all drugs and drug dealers. Anyone found with drugs on their possession will be evicted from site and their security bonds retained. Drug dealers will be handed straight to the police

14. If you or your party are evicted no monies will be returned and loss of full security deposit.

15. The company reserves the right to refuse any application or terminate accommodation at its absolute discretion. The behaviour of any individual will be treated by the company as the responsibility of the entire group. In the event of an individual misbehaving, the company reserves the right to terminate the accommodation of all group members. If such a situation rises, no refund will be issued.

16. You use Tregustick at your own risk and the proprietor will not accept liability for any loss or damage in respect of your vehicle, equipment, personal valuables or property.
